Haoye/Hengjie Heat sink contains a heat column (Ultra HEAT PIPE made of copper)with phase-change principle. Heat column is an excellent heat transfer component with high thermal conductivity and invented by Hengjie with China invention patent. Main products are found in many industries and fields ranging from LED lighting, machinery, computer, medical equipment to entertainment devices and exported to many countries.
